How It Works

Our affordable roof maintenance plan is designed to fix all minor roof issues that occur during the year for the low price of $249. Each year, we’ll schedule an inspection where we’ll look for common signs of damage and wear. If your roof is in need of repair, we’ll fix it covering all the costs for labor and materials. Not sure if the program is right for you? You can stop or start service at any time!

When will my inspection take place?

Most inspections take place between October and March. You do not need to schedule the appointment. We will reach out to you!

What things will you check for?

We check all parts of your roof system, including shingles, valleys, flashing, vents, and soffits.

What isn’t covered under the maintenance plan?

Any needed repair will be made as long as it does not affect the likelihood of achieving an award for full replacement for total replacement via Insurance. In this instance we will discuss what the proper path forward is with the customer.
