What services does the maintenance program cover?
Our maintenance program covers the majority of roof repairs, as well as a roof inspection.
When will my inspection take place?
Most inspections take place between October and March. You do not need to schedule the appointment. We will reach out to you!
What things will you check for?
We check all parts of your roof system, including shingles, valleys, flashing, vents, and soffits.
What isn’t covered under the maintenance plan?
Any needed repair will be made as long as it does not affect the likelihood of achieving an award for full replacement for total replacement via Insurance. In this instance we will discuss what the proper path forward is with the customer.
